Hi everyone, I’ve stayed relatively quiet these past few days in regards to the U.S. election. Reblogging the “FUCKING VOTE AND DON’T FUCK IT UP JESUS FUCK” posts seems unnecessary seeing as if you follow me, you’re bound to be following at least one of the reblog-happy tumblrs I follow (Tumblr is a wonderfully incestuous cesspool).

But, I can’t stress enough what a privilege voting is. I know it seems as if one vote in a potential hundreds of millions seems worthless, especially if you’re not in a swing state but think about all those state propositions that will and will not get passed as a result of ignorant and apathetic voters. People gave their lives for your right to vote! Lives! They died and shit! Ceased to exist!

So if you’re reading this right now, you’re an American of voting age and the other billion posts on Tumblr haven’t convinced you to get off your arse and vote, do so now! Get out of those pajamas and run to your voting center. Democracy: oh yeah.
